Provincial Nominee Class

The provincial nominee class allows provincial and territorial governments to choose immigrants according to the economic needs of province or territory. Each province or territory has its own set of rules and guidelines by which it chooses its nominees.

Two steps to gain permanent residency under provincial nominee class:

  • Apply to province or territory where you want to live and be nominated.
  • Once nominated applicant must apply to Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada for permanent residence

Following provinces or territories have several streams designated for provincial nominee programs:

  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Northwest Territories

-BC PNP All stream: Starts from $3,500 (PNP and Federal)
-Alberta PNP : Starts from $2,000 (PNP and Federal)
-Manitoba PNP : Starts from $2,000 (PNP and Federal)
-New Brunswick PNP : Starts from $2,000 (PNP and Federal)
-Nova Scotia PNP : Starts from $2,000 (PNP and Federal)
-PEI PNP : Starts from $2,000 (PNP and Federal)
